The Taylor Center is BestCare Treatment Services' free peer support hub in Bend, with peer mentors, recovery meetings and harm reduction supplies for anyone in Central Oregon. BestCare also runs addiction medicine, detox, outpatient and mental health programs across Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson and Klamath counties, with Spanish-language services.
