4D Recovery is a peer-run recovery organization for young people in the Portland area. Its drop-in centers in Happy Valley (11690 SE 82nd Ave) and Gresham (324 NE 9th St) are open 2 to 10 pm every day with peer mentoring, recovery meetings and resource navigation, and its Gresham clinic (21440 SE Stark St) offers outpatient, intensive outpatient and PHP treatment with housing navigation for ages 18 to 35.
