Multnomah County's mobile harm reduction vans near SE 82nd Ave and Ash St in Portland hand out sterile syringes, safer injection and safer sex supplies, naloxone, fentanyl test strips, and take back used syringes. HIV, hepatitis C and STI testing and referrals to care, shelter and treatment are also offered. Free.
