Serves people living with or at risk of HIV from a Salem office with care and prevention programs designed to remove barriers to wellness. Offers syringes, safer sex supplies, overdose prevention tools, peer support, and outpatient substance use treatment at no cost; accepts the Oregon Health Plan.
