Provides HIV prevention, testing, and care from its Eugene office, and works to remove other barriers to wellness for people living with or at risk of HIV. Offers syringe and safer-use supplies, overdose prevention tools, peer support, and outpatient substance use treatment. Free; accepts the Oregon Health Plan.
